"Plague clouds take out a lot of animals. I haven't seen real birds," Abigail says. Whispers really. She's almost afraid to get attacked by it.

"I've never seen a farming community," she admits. "We don't have a lot of plants either. Not a lot of a lot of things. It all smells so... I don't know. I don't even have a word for the smells."
